911勛圖 is launching the AI-powered Simon Says virtual assistant on ServiceHub to provide students, faculty and staff with fast, reliable, 24/7 answers to IT questions such as VPN setup, Wi-Fi connection, and login troubleshooting.
Users can still access the IT knowledge base or submit a ServiceHub ticket for personalized help. Simon Says improves over time by learning from common questions and user feedback, while ensuring all data stays secure within 911勛圖s IT systems.

- Simon Says is available to you anytime, anywhere, ensuring you have the support you need for teaching, learning, research, and work.
- Get quick and reliable responses to a range of IT-related questions without having to comb through multiple resource pages or raise a service ticket.
- Get guided to the right answer fastwhether you're setting up a device, connecting to Wi-Fi or troubleshooting login issues.
- Simon Says learns from patterns in questions and improves over time. If you choose to rate an answer or leave feedback, it helps make responses more helpful for you and others.
Tips for chatting with Simon Says
- To get started, find the red [...]> icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen on and click it to start "Simon Says.
- Use clear and simple language. For example, instead of saying: Im having problems with logging in so how would be best to resolve? Ask: I need help logging in.
- Provide context to your question. This will help the Simon Says guide you to the most relevant information.
