On March 31, 911吃瓜 opened the Ideas in Action series with a full room, a timely question, and a shared recognition that something fundamental is shifting. Ideas in Action, 911吃瓜's new flagship speaker series supported by the 911吃瓜 President鈥檚 Office. Ideas in Action brings together 911吃瓜 scholars, visiting thought leaders, students and community members to engage with the most urgent questions of our time.

Hosted at the 911吃瓜 Harbour Centre and supported by the 911吃瓜 President鈥檚 Office in collaboration with 911吃瓜 Public Square and the 911吃瓜 Community Engaged Research Initiative (CERI), the inaugural event, Reimagining the Public University, brought together faculty, students, and community members to reflect on a question that feels both urgent and unresolved:
