Registration Fees

Please Note:

• Student registration is inclusive to both Graduate Students (Master's and PhD) as well as Senior Undergraduate Students. 
• Please note: this is not a hybrid conference. Virtual attendance only gives access to virtual components of the conference.
• Requests for funding support are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for students from low-middle income countries (please email fap_2026@sfu.ca).

What payment methods are accepted?

• Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards will be accepted

My home institution is not an APRU Member. Can I still participate? 

• Yes. While the conference primarily targets researchers and students from , we welcome participation from researchers and practitioners from broader communities, both within and beyond the Pacific Rim.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds will be provided if cancelled prior to 11:59 pm (Pacific Time), on September 20, 2026
• No refunds will be offered after September 20.
