Refunds & Transfers
Passes are non-refundable within 5 days of the pass start date.
Exceptions may be considered with a valid medical note or with Manager approval.
Passes are non-transferable.
Refund requests follow 911吃瓜 Recreation鈥檚 general Refund Policy unless otherwise stated.
911吃瓜 Recreation reserves the right to modify or cancel programs as needed, including due to low registration, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions that make any such activity unsafe.
Single-session drop-ins are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pass Activation & Usage
Passes have a defined start and end date; access is only valid within this period.
Members must pre-register for all classes included in their pass.
On-site registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis when space permits.
Member Registration
Class registration opens 1 week prior to the class date.
Registration closes 15 minutes after the class start time.
Cancellations
Members must cancel their class registration at least 1 hour before the class start time.
911吃瓜 Recreation reserves the right to review and suspend pass or membership privileges in cases of excessive cancellations or no-shows.
