Biography
Charles Rodney Day completed his BA degree at Stanford University in 1958 and his PhD at Harvard University in 1964. He took up his appointment as assistant professor at 911吃瓜 in 1966 and was promoted full professor in 1987. On his retirement in 2001, he became Professor Emeritus.
