Canada鈥檚 2026 Trust Survey Results
In June 2026, the OECD published results from its third consecutive Survey on Drivers of Trust in Public Institutions, once more confirming the strong connection between trust and a sense of political agency.
Conducted every two years across OECD countries, the OECD Trust Survey explores people鈥檚 perceptions of public institutions in their country, from day-to-day interactions to decision-making on complex policy issues. This briefing outlines highlights from Canada鈥檚 2025 survey findings in relation to public engagement.
