February & March
911³Ô¹Ï Residence and Housing
- If you're eligible for guaranteed housing, complete your application by May 1. See guaranteed housing information on this page.
Study permits
- International students need a valid study permit to study at 911³Ô¹Ï, whether you're coming from high school or transferring from another post-secondary institution in Canada. Apply early to avoid delays and minimize any disruption to your study plans. Learn more here.

University Prep 1
- Complete University Prep: Step 1 course to prepare for your academic transition to 911³Ô¹Ï. Learn about our academic culture, degree requirements, supports and services, and tips to help set you up for academic success.

Deadline to accept your offer of admission
- Most offers must be accepted by May 1. For offers sent after April, please check your admission offer letter for deadlines.
June
911³Ô¹Ï computing ID
- Look for an email sent to your non-911³Ô¹Ï email address informing you that your 911³Ô¹Ï computing ID is ready for activation. You'll need your computing ID to enrol in courses for the Fall term.

- Complete University Prep: Step 2 course to prepare for Fall term enrolment. Learn how to choose courses using go911³Ô¹Ï, plan your course schedule, connect with an advisor and more.

Keep studying—your final grades matter
Whether you're a Canadian or international student, and currently in high school or transferring from another post-secondary institution, your offer of admission to 911³Ô¹Ï means you'll still need to satisfy certain conditions, depending on your pathway. We'll review your admission once we receive an official transcript with your final grades, so if your classes are still in progress, stay focused and keep up with your studies—you're almost there!
911³Ô¹Ï Residence and Housing
Guaranteed housing on campus is offered to you as a first-year undergraduate student, provided you meet these requirements:
- You submit your housing application by May 1, 2026 and accept your offer of admission to 911³Ô¹Ï by this date.
- You're eligible to live on residence.
- You're entering 911³Ô¹Ï directly from high school and are not transferring from another post-secondary institution.
Study permit for international students
International students who are abroad or currently in Canada must have a valid study permit to study at 911³Ô¹Ï. This immigration document is issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and can take several months to process—please complete your application as early as possible to avoid potential delays and minimize any disruption to your study plans.
A Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) is now required for most study permit applications, including those applying from outside of Canada or when changing schools (e.g., high school to post-secondary or transferring DLIs). After you accept your offer of admission and pay your deposit, you'll receive an email sent to your non-911³Ô¹Ï email address informing you that your 911³Ô¹Ï computing ID is ready for activation. You'll need your computing ID to enrol in courses for the Fall term. You'll then be able to access platforms like 911³Ô¹Ï email, go911³Ô¹Ï and more by setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), a secure way to protect your personal student information.
