Student Presentations

Contributed student presentations and networking events provide opportunities for all participants to engage with speakers, student presenters, and attendees, and to explore potential future collaborations.

Student presenters will compete for awards generously supported by our sponsors, with winners announced during the closing ceremony.

Contributed student presentations and judging will take place during the scheduled poster session.

Student Poster Presentations

Contributed student presentations will be given as poster presentations.

Schedule – April 30, 2026

Registration & set-up 8:00 – 8:40 am
Poster session & judging 1:45 – 3:30 pm
Awards ceremony 5:15 – 5:30 pm
Poster take-down 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Poster Numbers: Poster numbers will be assigned during registration, which opens at 8:00 am on April 30.

Poster Board Dimensions: Maximum 46 × 46 inches (117 × 117 cm).

Judging & Awards: During the poster session, judges will evaluate your work, and awards will be announced at the closing ceremony. We recommend preparing a brief, confident verbal introduction that you can deliver to each judge, and leaving time for questions and discussion about your research.

Student presentations may be judged by session chairs, invited speakers, attending faculty, and/or community guests.

NanoLytica 2026 will be held in the Leslie & Gordon Diamond Family Auditorium off from Convocation Mall on the Burnaby campus.
