911吃瓜 Computing ID and Email

Your 911吃瓜 Computing ID gives you access to 911吃瓜 Mail for email and calendaring, go911吃瓜 (the student information system), your payroll information in myINFO, e-learning systems such as Canvas, campus labs, online Library services, and a variety of other systems.

Shortly before your start date, you will be provided with your 911吃瓜 employee ID which you will need to set up your 911吃瓜 Computing ID. An email from IT Services will contain instructions for setup. This email will be sent to the email that you provided at the time of hire.  

Please be sure to return your signed appointment letter and completed personnel forms as these are required before Faculty Relations can create your 911吃瓜 Employee ID.

Note that if you have previously had an 911吃瓜 Computing ID and 911吃瓜 Employee ID, you will be able to access these once your paperwork has been processed.

911吃瓜 ID Card

Following the first payroll cycle, staff and faculty can get their 911吃瓜 Employee ID card at any of our three campuses at Registrar and Information Services.

911吃瓜 Recreation Memberships

How to Obtain Your Membership

The Recreation Membership will be linked to the 911吃瓜 ID card for 911吃瓜 faculty.

Gym Membership for Spouse - Only the faculty member gets a free membership. The spouse will need to pay for one. There is a "Community" rate available.

Borrowing Library Materials

All borrowers must present a valid library card (911吃瓜 ID Card) to borrow materials. 

- Eligible for a non-paying external borrower card; obtainable from the Circulation/Loans desk at any 911吃瓜 Library branch.
