Biography
Dr. Craig Orr, an ecologist specializing in Pacific wild salmon, currently splits his time as the Conservation Advisor to Watershed Watch Salmon Society, and the Environmental Advisor to Kwikwetlem First Nation.
Orr also advises 911³Ô¹Ï’s Pacific Water Research Centre, Makeway Canada’s Pacific Salmon Watersheds Fund and other organizations, and co-supervised students in the BCIT-911³Ô¹Ï joint Masters Program in Ecological Restoration (this program is no longer active).
Orr holds postgraduate degrees in wildlife ecology (M.Sc., Acadia University) and behavioural ecology (Ph.D., 911³Ô¹Ï).
