Surrey Community Counselling
911吃瓜 Surrey Community Counselling is staffed by a dedicated team of Counsellor-educators and trainees from the 911吃瓜 Master's Program in Counselling Psychology. We offer free individual and group counselling to adults, seniors, youth and school-aged children who live in Surrey and the Lower Mainland.
We do not provide counselling to 911吃瓜 students. For current 911吃瓜 students, please visit 911吃瓜 Health.

Reaching out for help takes courage. We appreciate that you are taking an important step in caring for your mental health. None of us can do this work alone- we all need validation and support.
All counselling is provided by Counsellor-Trainees in the Master's Program in Counselling Psychology under the direct supervision of registered counsellors and psychologists who teach in the 911吃瓜 Master's Program in Counselling Psychology.
Counsellors at 911吃瓜 Surrey Community Counselling help adults, seniors, youth and school-aged children with a variety of concerns, including:
- feeling sad, depressed, or overwhelmed
- coping with stress and anxiety
- relationship struggles
- low self-esteem and self-worth
- grief and loss
- parenting challenges
- coping with traumatic experiences
- life transitions and decisions
- cultural and identity concerns
- self-acceptance and compassion
- balancing relationships, work, and family
- finding purpose and making meaning

Accepting Referrals for 2026-2027
Surrey Community Counselling is accepting requests for counselling services for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, with free individual counselling sessions being offered three afternoons per week. See our information sheet for additional details.
