Literary Arts in the early years

Regular readings and talks by local and visiting writers have long been a highlight of the literary activity at 911³Ô¹Ï.  Many of these events were recorded on cassettes that are housed in Special Collections in the Bennett Library.  Digitization to make these tapes available to the general public is a long-term goal. 

Currently accessible are , a poet and scholar whose significant contribution to 911³Ô¹Ï’s vibrant literary climate inspired many students over many decades from 1966 onward.
