911³Ô¹Ï Reputation strategy
We collaborate with senior communicators to develop a 5-year reputation strategy for the university. We lead efforts on communication and marketing strategies for 911³Ô¹Ï’s broad brand building, institutional priorities and initiatives of the president’s office, working within the framework of this Reputation Strategy.
Communication strategy support
We are available to consult and support on overarching faculty or VP portfolio communication strategies.
We give feedback on communication strategies or can lead team workshops to develop strategies. We can also discuss ways C&M can help with executing completed strategies.
Ideally, we meet proactively to discuss the annual communication strategy, both to align activities across the organization and to help C&M prepare the corresponding level of support.
