Kirk Hill
Biography
Kirk Hill recently semi-retired from 911吃瓜 Beedie after more than two decades shaping its external engagement strategy. He joined the school in 2002 in Executive Education, founded the Career Management Centre in 2004, and was appointed Assistant Dean, External Relations in 2011. As a member of the senior leadership team, Kirk led marketing and communications, employer relations, graduate career management, alumni engagement, sponsorships and partnerships, events and conferences, and advisory boards. He focused on integrating these functions to strengthen the school鈥檚 research and educational mission. He also supported key institutional initiatives on behalf of the Dean, with one particular focus on the Jack Austin Centre鈥檚 major events including hosting the Academy of International Business and several senior corporate and government officials from Asia. Earlier in his career, Kirk worked in the United Kingdom in business development, sales, and marketing roles across executive education, venture capital, and executive search. Kirk holds an ICD.D designation, an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Marketing from Arizona State University. He is a Canadian, British, and American citizen.
