One award, valued at $7,200, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in the Beedie School of Business;
• Has participated successfully in one of the Beedie School of Business's key entrepreneurship programs such as ChangeLab, the 911勛圖 Venture Accelerator, or Opportunity Fest; and
• Is in good academic standing.

The recipient will be selected based upon who best exemplifies high-impact entrepreneurship, and who shows exceptional entrepreneurship skills and passion while pursuing an idea that demonstrates a strong combination of intentional social impact and financial viability.

Applications must include:

• A CV outlining the applicant���s history of entrepreneurship training and ventures; and
• A letter of reference from a faculty member who can attest to the same.

Preference may be given to applicants who have a declared concentration in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

Two awards, valued at $3,037.50 each, or three awards, valued at $2,025 each, will be granted to undergraduate students who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meet the following criteria: 

• Are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in the Beedie School of Business;
• Are in good academic standing; and
• Have demonstrated commitment to diversity either in the community, workplace, or on campus.

Applications must include:

• A statement outlining the applicant���s involvement in promoting or furthering diversity either in the community, workplace, or on campus; and
• A letter of reference from a faculty member or supervisor confirming the applicant���s involvement and impact.

Three awards, valued at $5,000 each, will be granted to undergraduate students who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, self-identify as women, and who meet the following criteria: 

• Are enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program in the Beedie School of Business in the Fall 2026 term;
• Are pursuing a bachelor���s degree in the Beedie School of Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems, or the Certificate in Business Analytics and Decision Making (BADM), or the Certificate in Business Technology Management (BTM);
• Are in good academic standing; and
• Have demonstrated engagement in technology-focused work experiences including Co-op, or community involvement/activities such as technology-focused clubs and/or student organizations.

Preference will be given to students who are Indigenous or who self-identify as someone from a Racialized Group.

Applications must include:

• A CV and/or co-curricular record outlining the applicant���s involvement in technology-focused work experience or technology-focused community involvement/activities;
• A letter of reference from a supervisor or community member who can verify such experiences; and
• A brief statement indicating that the applicant self-identifies as someone from one or more of the preferred groups that qualify for this opportunity.

One award, valued at $5,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria: 

• Is enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program in the Beedie School of Business in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is in good academic standing;
• Has a demonstrated history of activity in addition to academics such as volunteerism, community involvement, extra-curricular activities and/or athletics; and
• Has entered 911勛圖 from (Duncan, Cowichan Lake) or from Vancouver Island.

Primary preference will be given to an applicant who entered 911勛圖 from (Duncan, Cowichan Lake). Secondary preference will be given to an applicant who entered 911勛圖 from Vancouver Island.

One award, valued at $3,750, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Business Administration program in the Beedie School of Business in the Fall 2026 term;
• Has completed at least 60 911勛圖 units;
• Has a declared concentration in Accounting;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has demonstrated exceptional community service.

Applications must include:

• A statement from the applicant describing their exceptional community service; and
• A letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s exceptional community service.

One award, valued at $3,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada;
• Is enrolled in a major program in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has demonstrated exceptional community/volunteer service.

Preference will be given to applicants who are registered in a study abroad exchange. Preference will also be given to applicants who have completed an international co-op work placement in one of the previous two terms (Spring 2026 and/or Summer 2026) and are currently enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term.

Applications must include:

• A CV outlining the applicant���s community/volunteer service involvement; and
• A letter of reference from someone who can attest to the applicant���s service in the community.

One award, valued at $3,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is Indigenous (First Nations, M矇tis, Inuit);
• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor���s degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has an interest in pursuing a career or further credentials in accounting and/or a CPA designation.

Preference given to applicants with a declared concentration in Accounting.

Applications must include:

• A cover letter from the applicant outlining their interest in pursuing a career or further credentials in accounting and/or a CPA designation; and
• A letter of reference from a supervisor or faculty member who can verify the applicant���s interest in pursuing a career or further credentials in accounting and/or a CPA designation.

Four awards, valued at $2,750 each, will be granted to undergraduate students who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meet the following criteria:

• Are enrolled full-time in the Bachelor of Business Administration program in the Beedie School of Business in the Fall 2026 term;
• Are in good academic standing; and
• Have demonstrated commitment to and achievement in social innovation.

Applications must include:

• A statement from the applicant describing their commitment to and achievement in social innovation; and
• A letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s commitment to and achievement in social innovation.

Four awards, valued at $2,550 each, will be granted to undergraduate students who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meet the following criteria:

• Are in their third or fourth year in the Beedie School of Business; and
• Have evidenced or achieved some level of entrepreneurial activities.

Applications must include:

• A letter discussing the applicant���s interest and involvement in entrepreneurial activities.

One award, valued at $2,200, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is pursuing a bachelor���s degree in the Beedie School of Business with a declared concentration in Management Information Systems, or are completing the Certificate in Business Analytics and Decision Making (BADM), or the Certificate in Business Technology Management (BTM);
• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has demonstrated engagement in technology-focused work experiences including Co-op or community involvement/activities such as technology-focused clubs and/or student organizations.

Preference will be given to women undergraduate students in programs where they are underrepresented and until such time as gender parity is achieved.

Applications must include:

• A CV and/or co-curricular record outlining the applicant���s involvement in technology-focused work experience or technology-focused community involvement/activities; and
• A letter of reference from a supervisor or community member who can verify such experiences.

One award, valued at $2,150, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor���s degree in the Beedie School of Business with a concentration in Accounting;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has an interest in pursuing a career and/or further credentials in accounting.

Applications must include:

• A statement outlining the applicant���s commitment to pursue a career and/or further credentials in accounting; and
• A letter of reference from a supervisor or faculty member who can verify the applicant���s interest in pursuing a career and/or further credentials in accounting.

Preference will be given to applicants who are interested in pursuing their CPA designation.

One award, valued at $2,100, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Has a declared concentration in Human Resource Management;
• Is in good academic standing;
• Has made contributions to the well-being of their local, provincial, or national community; and
• Has an interest in labour relations, worker rights, and furthering fair labour conditions.

Applications must include:

• A CV outlining the applicant's community/volunteer involvement;
• A one-page statement detailing the applicant���s contributions to the well-being of their local, provincial, or national community, and highlights their interest in labour relations, worker rights, and furthering fair labour conditions; and
• A letter of reference from a community member who can verify the community/volunteer involvement and the impact of the applicant's role.

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing;
• Self-identifies as a woman;
• Has aspirations in commercial real estate; and
• Is interested in furthering diversity of people who identify as women in the industry.

Applications must include:

• A one-page statement from the applicant outlining their commitment to pursuing a career in commercial real estate and their interest in furthering diversity of people who identify as women in the industry; and
• At least one letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s commitment to pursuing a career in commercial real estate.

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has volunteered with organizations or charities involved with research, support services and/or health policies surrounding cancer.

Applications must include:

• A one-page statement from the applicant outlining their participation with organizations or charities involved with research, support services and/or health policies surrounding cancer; and
• A letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s involvement with the relevant charity or organization.

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has demonstrated outstanding leadership through community involvement, volunteering, and/or service to their school.

Applications must include:

• A one-page letter outlining the applicant���s community service, volunteerism and/or service to the school;
• A CV; and
• A letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s history of volunteerism, exemplary service and/or leadership.

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is in good academic standing;
• Is in their third or fourth year of studies; and
• Aligns with one of Arc���teryx���s values: Commit, Disruptive Evolution, Leave it Better, and Live It.

Applications must include:

• A personal statement of no more than 500 words which outlines how the applicant aligns with at least one of Arc���teryx���s values:
  • Commit: Staying dedicated to achieving a goal, even when challenges arise.
  • Disruptive Evolution: Challenging the status quo and finding innovative solutions to redefine what���s possible.
  • Leave it Better: Actively working to improve the environment or community.
  • Live It: Fully embracing a passion for the outdoors by integrating adventure into daily life.
• A letter of reference from a supervisor or faculty member who can verify that the applicant aligns with Arc'teryx���s values.

One award, valued at $2,000, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term;
• Is in good academic standing;
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Beedie School of Business;
• Is Indigenous (First Nations, M矇tis, Inuit); and
• Has demonstrated an interest in business and entrepreneurship. This interest may be shown through academic pursuits, personal or community involvement, traditional knowledge, lived experience, or career aspirations related to Indigenous economic development, business leadership, or community-based enterprises.

Applications must include:

• A personal statement of no more than 500 words outlining the applicant���s meaningful connection to business and entrepreneurship. This may be demonstrated through any combination of academic pursuits, community or personal engagement, cultural teachings, traditional knowledge, lived experiences, or career aspirations related to Indigenous economic development, business leadership, or community-based enterprises.

One award, valued at $1,800, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• Is enrolled full-time in the Fall 2026 term in a Bachelor���s degree program in the Beedie School of Business with a concentration in Finance;
• Is in good academic standing; and
• Has a demonstrated history of volunteerism.

Applications must include:

• A statement from the applicant describing their volunteerism; and
• A letter of reference from an individual who can verify the applicant���s volunteerism.

One award, valued at $850, will be granted to an undergraduate student who, in addition to the Terms of Reference noted above, meets the following criteria:

• A graduating* student with a declared concentration in Finance; and
• Has made an important voluntary contribution to the University community or who has otherwise demonstrated leadership and management capability.

*Please note: ���graduating��� refers to an applicant who will complete their BBA program requirements during the Fall 2026 term, with enrollment in at least nine units of standard graded courses OR an applicant who completed their BBA program requirements during the previous Summer 2026 or Spring 2026 terms, with enrollment in at least nine units of standard graded courses during the term of completion.
