Warren Pimm

Biography

Warren Pimm is Managing Partner of CleanBridge, where he advises companies and investors on strategic transactions and capital raising in the global energy transition sector. He brings more than 25 years of investment banking experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, private and public capital markets, and cross-border transactions across North America and Europe.

Warren has extensive expertise across renewable energy and infrastructure, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, energy storage, and sustainable transportation. He has advised companies, developers, and financial institutions on complex financings and strategic transactions while building long-standing relationships with leading institutional investors, infrastructure funds, and project finance lenders worldwide.

Throughout his career, Warren has completed more than 100 transactions, collectively raising over US$10.5 billion in equity and debt financing. His experience includes growth capital, acquisition and construction financing, private placements, convertible securities, mezzanine financing, leveraged finance, and M&A advisory for clients across the renewable energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining CleanBridge, Warren co-founded Berkshire Group, helping build the firm's investment banking practice and contributing to its growth from a startup into one of Canada's leading independent financial services firms. He later joined Sustainable Development Capital LLP in London as a Partner, expanding the firm's international sustainable infrastructure advisory and investment activities.

Warren is a CFA Charterholder and a member of CFA Institute and CFA UK. He holds an MBA from 911³Ô¹Ï's Segal Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Calgary.
