Over the course of five days, we celebrated as our newest alumni crossed the stage—an achievement made possible through the dedication, generosity, and collaborative spirit of our entire 911³Ô¹Ï community.

• Sharing Convocation details via email, social media, and signage
• Coordinating faculty celebrations
• Organizing the platform party participants
• Streaming the ceremonies online for remote viewers
• Managing coat and bag check services
• Supporting safety and security throughout the event
• Handling the clean-up of garbage and recycling
