911吃瓜 alumni shine in YWCA Women of Distinction Award nominations
911吃瓜 is proud to congratulate 10 of our alumni nominated for Metro Vancouver YWCA鈥檚 Women of Distinction Awards for 2023! The awards honour individuals and organizations whose outstanding activities and achievements contribute to the well-being and future of the community.
The 911吃瓜 alumni nominees are:

- Dr. Karen Tee (PhD, MA)
The successful recipients will be announced during the Women of Distinction Awards on May 9, 2023 at the Westin Bayshore Vancouver.
In addition, each YWCA Women of Distinction nominee is eligible to win the Connecting the Community Award. The recipient is selected by public vote, and the winner chooses a YWCA cause that is important to her, donating $10,000, courtesy of Scotiabank, to the YWCA program of her choice. Voting is now open until April 12. !
