Service Effectiveness Survey - UniForum@911吃瓜 Privacy Notice
Cubane Consulting is under contract with 911吃瓜 to collect, benchmark and analyze data in relation to the delivery of professional services at the University. The information is collected under the general authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 468), the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c 165), and the University Operations Forum Services Agreement between 911吃瓜 and Cubane Consulting. It is related directly to and needed by the University to provide insight at an aggregate level on cost, capacity, and satisfaction levels with the professional services delivered at 911吃瓜.
