Leadership Retreat BUS 742 (2)
Through the Leadership Retreat, students develop their own leadership style by reflecting on their personal leadership strengths, gain understanding of others鈥� strengths and weaknesses, learn how to lead diverse teams, and learn how to overcome set-backs and expand their comfort zone. Graded on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis.
