Advanced Corporate Finance BUS 412 (3)
Corporate decisions in the context of financial markets. Topics include: mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real asset investments, financing alternatives, dividend policy, working capital management, and corporate securities valuation. Students may repeat this course for further credit. Prerequisite: BUS 313, BUS 315, and BUS 360W, all with a minimum grade of C-; 60 units.
