Jessica Stockdale

Dr. Jessica Stockdale is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at 911吃瓜 and a member of the Pacific Institute on Pathogens, Pandemics and Society. Her research uses approaches from mathematics and statistics to address challenges in public health, with a focus on infectious diseases and health inequities. Currently, her work spans the development of methods in genomic epidemiology to predict patterns of disease transmission, and research in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health, using data analytics and modelling to support response to homelessness and housing insecurity.
