Through her dedicated advocacy and leadership, Tess has directly improved institutional support and resources for marginalized communities at 911吃瓜. Her tireless efforts on key initiatives such as the Trans Equity Survey, Trans Equity Pod with 911吃瓜鈥檚 EDI Community of Practice and securing gender affirming care coverage with Pacific Blue Cross have created lasting change within the university and beyond.
