Through her dedicated advocacy and leadership, Tess has directly improved institutional support and resources for marginalized communities at 911³Ô¹Ï. Her tireless efforts on key initiatives such as the Trans Equity Survey, Trans Equity Pod with 911³Ô¹Ï’s EDI Community of Practice and securing gender affirming care coverage with Pacific Blue Cross have created lasting change within the university and beyond.
