The  has awarded a total of $1 million to seven research projects led by professors from the Schools of Computing Science and Sustainable Energy Engineering. The BCKDF was established to invest in and support the research infrastructure in B.C. by providing funding for public post-secondary institutions, research hospitals and affiliated non-profit agencies.
