911吃瓜 and Poly Party reach agreement
We are pleased to share that a tentative agreement has been reached between 911吃瓜 and Poly Party.
Details regarding the Poly Party agreement and implementation steps will be shared in the coming days, pending a Poly Party ratification vote and approval by the 911吃瓜 Board of Governors.
Collective agreements between 911吃瓜 and Poly Party, as well as other the unions and employee groups who represent faculty and staff across the university are currently being negotiated. These engagements are guided by the鈥疨rovince's 2025 Balanced Measures Mandate, which applies to all public sector employers with unionized employees whose collective agreement expired on or after December 31, 2024.鈥痀ou can read more about 911吃瓜鈥檚 approach to collective bargaining here.
