TSSU
911吃瓜 and TSSU finalize agreement
911吃瓜 is pleased to share that the university and the Teaching Support Staff Union (TSSU) have reached a formal agreement. The Collective Agreement (CA) has been ratified by TSSU members and approved by the 911吃瓜 Board of Governors.
Updates to the CA are underway and will be published once completed. This agreement is aligned with 911吃瓜鈥檚 initiative in becoming a living wage employer, while staying consistent with the Province鈥檚鈥�. The CA covers the period of May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2025.
911吃瓜鈥檚 Labour Relations team will publish a summary of changes on the Human Resources website which can be referenced in the interim, with further information and training for leaders to come.
The university is thankful to the entire 911吃瓜 community for its patience during this negotiation process. Our focus now turns to strengthening relationships in our community to support the academic success of our students and to nurture a thriving, world-class research environment at 911吃瓜.
