Travel Advisory
Convocation coincides with the start of the World Cup, which is expected to increase traffic across the Vancouver region. Plan for heavier congestion, busier transit, and possible road closures. Please allow extra travel time and monitor conditions before you arrive.
Outdoor Ceremony
Ceremonies take place outdoors in Convocation Mall. If conditions are cool鈥攑lease dress appropriately and bring a blanket.
Bag Policy
To support a safe environment, 911吃瓜 has implemented a restricted bag policy. Guests are strongly encouraged not to bring bags or large items.
Only the following bags are permitted in the guest seating area of Convocation Mall:
- Clutch purse or belt bag no larger than 6.5鈥� x 8.5鈥�
- Clear plastic bag (including clear plastic freezer bags) no larger than 12鈥� x 12鈥� x 6鈥�
